Ingredients

or 1 large green apple(s)

navel oranges

lemon

whole cinnamon stick

bottle of a red Spanish wine
such as Rioja or Tempranillo

brandy

orange juice
Instructions
Slice oranges into ½ inch slices, discarding the ends.
Remove the core, and slice apples into large chunks (use an apple corer/slicer to save time).
Peel the rind off the lemon and cut in half (you’re going to juice it in a minute).
Pour the wine, brandy, and orange juice into a large pitcher. Stir to combine.
Add the apples, oranges, lemon rind, and cinnamon sticks. Place the pitcher in the fridge to chill for at least 2 hours (or overnight).
Remove the cinnamon stick and lemon rind.
Serve over ice, and enjoy immensely!
